At BOS Natural Flavors, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our high-quality essential oil products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy.
Our policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 hours have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or return. Return will only be accepted in case the product delivered is Damaged, Defective & Wrong Product Delivered. It must also be in the Original Packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Period:
You may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of product delivery.
Eligibility for Return:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unopened and unused in its original packaging. Once the product seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- You can initiate a refund within 3 days from the date of product delivery.
- Any product past the initial refund period, as specified above, and after the manufacturer warranty period will not be eligible for either refund or exchange.
- Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without intact packaging.
- The merchandise must be in as-new condition, in a re-sellable state, and with consumables and accessories still sealed.
- Please note that the normal delivery or supplier delivery charge, as well as card transaction charges, will be charged back. Additionally, any incurred courier collection charges will apply.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used products.
- Products not in their original condition.
- Products missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Initiating a Return
To start the return process, please contact our helpdesk at helpdesk@bosnatural.in. Our customer support team will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Refunds
- Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of Credit Note. You can use the same amount of Credit Note in your future purchases.
- Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Example: Bundle offers or “Buy 1 Get 1 free” offers: In this case you will have to return all the items in this offer.
- Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place, this procedure normally takes 4-5 days, then 2 business days to issue the refund. Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.
- If a courier collects your returned product, your refund will be on the card you used to pay and will be as per the next billing cycle once we’ve received your returned product on BOS approval. You must also return any free or discounted products bought together as part of a promotional offer. If the product does not fully comply with our policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at helpdesk@bosnatural.in.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or offer items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In case you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellation Policy:

- You can cancel an order within 3 hours of placing the order. No Cancellation Queries will be entertained after period.
Courier delivered products
If the product was delivered to your home or office by a courier, we will not arrange a courier collection for its return. You have arrange or ship by yourself to our office. Call customer services 080 66 90 90 90 to arrange this. Please make sure courier collected products are well packaged for their return journey all outer packaging must be in the condition it was received in.
How to exchange or replace a product
In case of an incident where a replacement product may be required, please contact the customer services team helpdesk@bosnatural.in or 080 66 90 90 90 who will arrange this in line with the Terms & Conditions for replacement and/or faulty products.
Consumer Rights
Our return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
